Yes, a 30% deposit secures your dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit may also be requested before check-in.

Is my booking secure?

Yes. Payments go through a secure payment link we send you, and Laure confirms your booking in writing with a summary.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund of the deposit if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, 50% between 60 and 30 days, non-refundable within 30 days. We recommend travel insurance.

Saint Martin, practical

Do I need to rent a car?

When is the best time to visit?

High season runs December to April, dry and sunny, around 29 °C. May and June are quieter and just as lovely. Hurricane season officially runs June to November, with most activity from August to October.

What currency is used?

Euro on the French side, US dollar on the Dutch side. Both are widely accepted, and cards work almost everywhere.

Is Saint Martin safe?

Yes, the island is very welcoming. As anywhere, use common sense: no valuables in the car, lock up when you go out, stick to well-lit areas at night. The residence is gated.

Is water scarce on the island?

Yes, water is scarce in Saint Martin and electricity is produced locally. Thank you for using both with care: it helps protect our island.
